- Bookings :
Your booking for a camping pitch or mobile home is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit as stipulated in clause 5 of these general terms and conditions.
The booking is made in the name of one specific person. The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum accommodation occupancy. No additional people will be accepted.
For security reasons, minors are not permitted without an adult.
- Tourist tax :
The tourist tax is not included in our prices. This tax amounts to 0,65€ per day and per person over 18.
- Options in accomodation :
Possibility to rent bed linen, baby cot, chair and bath, barbecue, see our rates on our website. Cleaning service : 65 €
- Cancellation insurance :
If you canceled, whatever the reason, the deposit will be kept by the campsite. When you book you can take a cancellation insurance. The cancellation insurance costs 3,5 % of the total cost of your stay.

- Deposit :
The deposit amounts to 40% of the total cost of your stay + 15€ booking fees.
- Payment of balance :
The balance of your accommodation or pitch must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
- Check-in and Check-out :
For weekly rentals, the accommodation is available from Saturday or Wednesday between 4pm and 7pm (arrival time) to Saturday or Wednesday between 8am to 10am (departure time).
Mid-week rentals are possible off-peak only (view price rates).
A 200€ security deposit is to be paid on arrival for rentals as well as an 65€ cleaning deposit. Depending on the condition the mobile home is left in, the deposit will be returned.
For camping pitches, you can arrive on any day but on your departure, the pitch must be vacated by midday. Failing this, an additional night will be invoiced.
No refunds will be given in the event of a late arrival or early departure.
- Informations regarding pets :
The campsite welcomes pets. An additional charge is applied (see price rates).
Pets must be microchipped (or tattooed) and vaccinated. The vaccination certificate will be requested on arrival.
Guard and attack dogs are prohibited.
- Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of articles L 1612-1 of the Code of Consumption, all campsite customers have the right to file a request to initiate the mediation procedure, free or charge, to find an amiable solution to a litigation between the customer and the campsite management.
